Dear Birth Mother,
Thank you so much for considering us as parents for your child and giving us this opportunity to introduce ourselves. We know that this must be a very challenging time for you. We hope that after you look over our book you will feel that we can provide the type of life and future you want for your child. We are grateful that you love your child so much that you are willing to consider adoption for him or her. We respect your courage and strength to choose this path. It is our hope that we can help make this journey easier for you.

There is so much we would like to tell you about ourselves to help you in your decision, but most of all we want you to know that we have an enormous amount of love to give for your baby and can’t wait to have a child in our family to share this love with.

We also want you to know that words cannot quite express how very grateful we are that you are even considering us. We hope that we can provide you with a sense of security that your child will have everything it needs, and more. We promise to always love, support and encourage your child as they grow into the wonderful person you know they can become. We will do everything we can to help them fulfill the dreams we have for their future and we will always be grateful for the opportunity to do so.

Your child will always know that your decision was made out of love and your hopes of giving them a fulfilling life by choosing a wonderful family especially for them. We wish you peace in your choice and in your life.

Who we are...
We are Nicci and Kyle and we live at Oxnard Shores in Southern California with our dog Misty and are fortunate to enjoy a truly international lifestyle. We love living in Southern California and overseas as it offers us the luxury lifestyle we have always dreamed of. The communities we live in are friendly, safe, and great places to raise kids.

We met on a Red Sea beach scuba diving six years ago and have been inseparable since then. We married on April 25th 2009 in a small wedding with close family and friends. It was a great day and a joy to watch family and friends form all four corners of the world coming together to celebrate our love.

We've been trying to conceive a child since we got married and both know that we want to be parents and that we want so much to create a loving family, but have been unable to do so due to infertility. We both know in our hearts that what is important to us is to be parents and to give all our love to your child. We are looking forward to having a baby and know that the baby who will come to us is the baby we are meant to have. We know that adoption is the right path. The journey we took to get here has taught us a lot and we are sure it will help us become great and loving parents.

We are currently residing overseas in Jeddah which is a small city on the coast of the Red Sea where Kyle works as a Project Executive for one of the world's largest construction companies. Nicci is a Registered Nurse and Nurse Educator and is looking forward to becoming a stay at home mom and to spending her time loving your child and watching him or her grow and explore the world.

Our international lifestyle affords us many amazing opportunities and best of all we are able to travel frequently and explore the world; which is one our greatest passions in life. Typically we're off on an international adventure every three months of the year!

Education is very important to us. We believe it is the key to becoming a well-rounded person and to finding future success. We look forward to providing your child every opportunity to learn, try, succeed and grow. We truly want them to be happy and to have every opportunity we can provide. We know that with our lifestyle we can provide your child the best education in the world.

Nicci by Kyle...
Nicci is the love of my life, my closest companion and my best friend. She is caring, nurturing and has so much love to give. We share the same values and interest and take on everything in life together. She has a great strength in that she is open-mined, accepting and understanding of the needs of others. I know this will help her become a great mom. Her compassion and good natured heart fills those around her with inspiration and confidence. One of her best talents is her self-reliance and resourcefulness; I am always impressed with her ability to adapt to new places and new people. Nicci is motivated and passionate and has a knack for excelling at anything she puts her mind to.

She is a true adventurer with the desire and drive to get out in the world and discover those places that most people only dream about. She started travelling the world with her parents when she was a child to places such as Austria, Switzerland, Italy and many more and has never looked back since. Her experience of seeing the world, and all the strange and unpredictable things that happen, has made her into the compassionate, strong and independent woman that she is today. Nicci is very excited about continuing this tradition and to introducing the beauty of this world and all it has to offer to your child.

Nicci is very close with her mom and dad and with the rest of her extended family as well. She holds family values, integrity and trust in very high regard and expects nothing less from those in her life. Nicci cares about making a difference in this world and is always eager to get involved and to give back to the community.

Nicci and I couldn't ask for anything more, we love each other and love creating the life of our dreams together.

Kyle by Nicci...
Kyle is my rock, the love of my life, and my best friend. I would not be who I am today without his unfailing support, love, and encouragement. He is loyal and caring with a very big heart. I am so blessed to have him in my life. He is an unbelievable romantic, my soul mate, my greatest champion. His combination of kindness, caring and sweetness mixed with his strength and his dependability, as well as his fun loving sense of adventure will make him a great dad.

He loves the great outdoors, camping, fishing and exploring nature, and looking for critters. I can see him sharing that joy and excitement with your child. He often tells me wonderful stories about his childhood fishing and camping trips with his dad and I can see his excitement at the thought of doing the same with your child. Kyle is always eager to try new things and up for new adventures big and small; whether it's a hike to a waterfall or an expedition in the Amazon. I feel truly blessed to have found a man with so many of the same dreams and interest as me to share my life with. I know with him by my side I have nothing to fear, he gives me the strength to get through any difficult and hard situations, he knows when to give me a shoulder to lean on, and when to raise my mood by making me laugh, and I know that these traits will make him a fantastic dad. He knows when to give advice, when to just listen and when to jolly the sadness and hurt out of you with jokes and goofiness to help you forget your troubles. He is great at reminding me, that no matter what LIFE IS GOOD, LETS ENJOY IT! He has found a good balance between working hard and enjoying life. He has wonderful family values and strong morals, something I feel he will pass on to your child. He is fun loving with a great sense of humor and is a man full of life ready to share his love with a son or daughter. We look forward to raising a child together, watching him /her grow and giving your child a great foundation to explore the world with.

Kyle will make a great dad with his love, affection and passion for life.

What we do for fun...
We both love travelling the world and discovering new places. We enjoy outdoor adventures (white water rafting, zip lining thorough tree tops, safaris, four wheeling, hiking, kayaking and anything that's a thrill) just as much as exploring cities great like Rome, Vienna, Istanbul, London, New York and Paris. We love getting to know different cultures as well as just having a relaxing holiday lazing on a tropical beach and soaking up the sun whilst sipping on a favorite cocktail. We often combine our travels with our families giving us the great joy of not only having a new adventure, but also having wonderful family time too. In fact the first time Nicci met Kyle's mom was on a trip to Munich, Germany over the Christmas holiday and Kyle first met Nicci's parents while we were travelling in Bangkok, Thailand. We can't wait to share our travels with your child and we're looking forward to the wonderful experience of seeing the world a new through a Childs eye.

Nicci spends a lot of her spare time dreaming up and planning new adventures, from romantic getaways and new city excursions to adventure bound expeditions. One of our best vacations ever was a recent safari in Africa. But not all of our trips need to be exotic. In fact just a few weeks ago we took a great road trip through the Western United States with our dog Misty. We dream of doing many more camping trips like that with your child and enjoying the time together as a family and the great outdoors that.

When in Jeddah we love to spend our spare time at the beach just chilling out or going scuba diving at the tropical coral reefs. We feel blessed to have the opportunity to live somewhere where we have access to such great scuba diving and beautiful beaches right at our doorstep. We also enjoy just hanging out with friends. Nicci loves to cook and bake and we often have great dinner parties at our home where Nicci serves up gourmet meals; especially for special occasions such as birthday and the holidays.

In the States we enjoy spending our time with our family and friends. With everybody hosting dinners and BBQs we get quite busy, but love the socializing, and have a lot of fun catching up with everyone. We also enjoy going on off-road adventures anytime we get the chance to take a quick trip for the day.

We also love going for long walks on the beach, with our dog Misty where we often get to see Dolphins playing in the surf in front of us as well as going for hikes in the mountain above Ojai, or visiting Santa Barbara or Santa Monica for the day, which are all very close to us.

Family and friends...
Kyle's parents live in Southern California a few minutes from our home. His mom still lives in the home that he grew up in with her adorable yellow lab named Ginger. We enjoy spending as much time as possible with them and our family gatherings are always fun and full of laughter.

Nicci was born in Germany and immigrated to Australia with her parents and brother when she was 11 years old. Her parents still live on the Gold Coast in Australia near Surfers Paradise and her brother and his fiancé live in Sydney Australia, where Nicci grew up. Nicci still has many friends there as well as in her home country of Germany too.

We also have an extended family of friends throughout the world. In fact one of Nicci's closest friends from Australia also lives in Jeddah with her husband and two children who have supported us with great love; they are genuine lifelong brothers and sisters. There are always events, both big and small to attend - birthdays, weddings, BBQs, plays, holiday dinners, special celebrations, etc.

All of our family and friends are very supportive of us and our decision to adopt and can't wait to have our family grow. The grandparents are especially overjoyed by our choice to adopt and are looking forward to spoiling their grandchild.

Our Homes...
We currently maintain two homes, one on the beach in Southern California just outside of Los Angeles, and one in Jeddah, on the Red Sea coast.

In Southern California we have a lovely condo in a gated community just a two minute walk from the beach and park. It is a wonderful place to raise children, with a beach and a pirate themed playground in the park, all within easy walking distance (and we have it on good authority from my friend's kids who recently visited from Australia that the pirate playground is the greatest ever!); as well as private swimming pools and many other great and fun amenities nearby.

Our current residence in Jeddah is also in a very child friendly and family oriented gated community with many children from all over the world. There are many amenities right in the community including preschool, play groups and schools as well as pools, parks and playgrounds, bowling alley, game rooms, and special holiday family events at the community.

We share our home with our adorable dog Misty, who we rescued about two years ago in Jeddah. She is a beautiful, calm and gentle dog who loves kids. When we take her for walks she will always walk up to all the children hoping to get some loving.

In closing...
We are a fun loving couple, who love to enjoy life to the fullest. We can't wait to share our lives and our love with your child. We promise to give your child everything he or she needs to become a success in life. We promise to give your child a home filled with laughter, joy and adventure - but most importantly LOVE.

Your child will know from the beginning what a gift you gave them. We will ensure that they have pride in knowing that many people love them and came together to make sure that they have a great live full of wonderful opportunities.
