Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me and my family. I respect your decision to create an adoption plan and I am very honored to be considered, as you choose a family to raise your child. If I am chosen to love and raise your child, I want you to know that I am committed to your feeling comfortable and at peace with your decision, and will do whatever is needed to accommodate that.
There is nothing in the world I want more than to be a parent and share a world of love and family with a child. I was born, the 7th of 8 children to parents who were married 59 years prior to my father's passing. I grew up in a nurturing environment, where I always felt loved and safe, and family was always the first priority. I look forward to providing the same kind of warm home and unconditional love to a child, that my parents did for me and my siblings.
I am outgoing and self-motivated, which has helped me to be successful in my career. I am very fortunate to have a flexible schedule that will allow me to stay at home with a child, while also providing an ample salary to for all of their needs and wants. I have wonderful childhood memories of big birthday parties, lots of friends over to play, big Sunday dinners and Monopoly games that could go on for months. I want to help create wonderful memories for the child that I am blessed with, whether it is afternoons learning to ride my horse, looking for shells on the beach, big slumber parties with friends or trips to visit part of my family in France.
I have a large circle of friends nearby and am fortunate to live just minutes from my younger sister. They are all anxious to be a part of the life of the child that I am chosen to love and raise. My family in France is not new to adoption and the great love and joy that it brings, as my niece, Nada, was adopted. They are all waiting with open arms to love and embrace a new little one.
I truly believe that things happen for a reason and that there is a meaning to life's random events. I think that it is what we choose to do with these surprises in life that defines, strengthens and shapes our futures. I genuinely hope that you find peace as you make the decisions that lie ahead and that I may be a part of your child's future.
